Bought a Vespa from them approx 1 year ago and was delighted with it. Was stolen few weeks ago so needed a replacement. Went back to them and got another bike. Very pleased with it and thank you to you all for your help for my purchase. Great service .

Bought a CB650F, I enquired about the lead time for the PDI and was shocked when Bassel told me just 1 day! Put my money down on the Wednesday and picked it up Saturday.I noticed a small problem when I got home, called up an early the following week and was swiftly invited to come back at my convenience to have it checked and sorted.I’ve worked at a bike dealership myself and can say with absolute confidence these guys provide amazing customer service as well as fair pricing etc.Some of the negative reviews on here are thoroughly undeserved. Cannot recommend these guys enough!Will be back when it’s time for a service

Bought a scooter after using the website had a lovely conversation with Ruth and ordered the scoot. I was called a few days later when the service and Mot were complete to arrange payment and delivery.The scooter arrived as discussed, the driver was really polite and went through the paperwork with me and gave the scooter the once over.The scooter is exactly as described, runs well, looks great and is a lot of fun.Thanks team.

Purchased a Yamaha Tricity 125cc 2 weeks ago. Very good condition, low mileage and has been running smoothly as advertised. Basil and Ruth provided a great customer service experience! I even brought the scooter to a friend mechanic who looked into it for me and also confirmed the great condition the scooter was in :)Happy to have purchased from this shop.

I live in Canada but always wanted to tour Europe by motorcycle. After realizing that it’s cheaper to buy than rent, Giant had the exact motorcycle I wanted (Honda Transalp) and so we made a deal for them to fully prep (tune up, brakes, tires, install engine guard, soft bag rails, new cog and chain, MOT, ULEZ certificate, etc.) the bike for me to pick up after arriving in UK. They helped organize insurance, registration, road taxes and even threw in spare inner tubes and cables for speedo, brakes, clutch (just in case). I had an incident free adventure doing over 3,500 miles from London to Florence and back. At the end of the trip they even offered to buy the bike back, but I asked them to store it for me for when I return next Spring and part 2!I recommend Bassile, Ruth and the mechanics team highly.

went there to look at a bike I saw on their website...looking at bikes outside but just got odd looks glanced my way..nobody came to ask if I needed help as they were too engrossed in yapping, so guess it doesnt operate as normal bike seller..just didnt give a good impression and a place to unload my hard earned thousands on.... ( end note,,, on way back home past Indian dealer,,went in their...night and day customer service..highly recommend their )

I went to buy a motorcycle. Advertised with 12 months mot and warranty. I traveled all the way there. Found the bike. Started it up and was happy. But then came the snag. The bike had no mot. And the owner insisted on a cash payment. The whole experience was a nightmare.It’s more like an over priced scrap yard.

Bassel please get back to me about the cbr 900 you sold me.i have spent nearly 18 thousand on it and still have big problems and it will not run and it isn't the bike you said it was when you sold it to me.
