Excellent Service and Lovely Staff, I phoned the shop up and explained the problems I was having with my Phone and got great advice on how to look after my device before the service and after, my phone is now working perfectly with no problems and looks like it did when I first got it. I have been back with other devices and had the same excellent service and result. I would definetly come back again and recommend without hesitation to anyone.

My husband has just been in itechu to ask if our motor mover for our caravan could be repaired. We were in a panic as it wouldn't work. Could not recommend this place more! Exceptional service, phone screen replaced and a camera fixed/cleaned and a few other issues resolved after water damage - Fixed within the hour and a fraction of the price I was expected to pay if I had taken the phone back to Apple Stpre .. made up!

Best phone shop in the area. I know this place from last year, as we bought two iPhones from them. Everything they sell is amazing. All my friends buy their phones accessories from there, their stuff are excellent. The owner is friendly and honest.

Luke is fantastic ! He repairs all my phones and family and friends I cannot recommend this shop enough! No job is too big or small! Very good prices and job is always sorted very quickly! By far the best phone shop I have been to, because of my line of work my phone is always getting broke. And I have took it to many phone repair shops.ITechU is the best phone repair shop I have been. Customer service is great prices are great and they are honest with you would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a phone repair.

I’ve used iTechU many of times over the past couple of years, having 2 teenage sons they regularly need screens replaced etc. I called in on Friday (04/08/2023) with 2 phones that needed repairing, these repairs were completed why we waited, new screens on both, new battery on one and front camera. This company is easily the best in the area for customer service, technical knowledge and great pricing. Would recommend to anyone!!

One word....AMAZING! Every time I have taken a broken piece of tech into this shop it somehow comes out BETTER than it originally is supposed to be. I have also bought things from here and it is all top quality, high-spec equipment. Luke and Tish always make anybody feel welcome and their care and customer support is just first class! I will always use this store!
