After months of neglecting my hair extensions, I came to Rara’s to have them removed. Not only was she gentle and kind, not making me feel ashamed of the condition my hair had gotten to, she also managed to completely save my hair from what seemed like the point of no return! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you for saving my hair!!!!

If i could rate this hairdressers more than 5 stars I 100% would. From the time I got there till I left, customer service was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was a bit skeptical just because I've had bad experience from another hairdresser but Nikara made me feel at ease and I've left very happy.Highy recommended!

I have tried to rectify my issues with the owner privately but she has brushed me off. I have had this treatment many times in other salons and have never experienced this before. I sat in a freezing cold salon for 4.5 hours without a warm drink available whilst she did my highlights and then she mixed 10 volume with the toner. The overall finish is yellow and ginger which I am now spending a lot more money having to fix with another salon. I wore 2 layers which got wet through as she did not take proper precautions to cover my extensions whilst doing half a head. This service cost me £120.

OMG this is the best I've ever felt about my hair! Nikara really worked her magic - she was very welcoming, made me feel at ease, and was gentle with my hair. My hair was looking amazinggg at the end. I cannot thank Nikara enough for her incredible artistry, and also for fitting me in last minute before my cousin's wedding.Thank you very much :) This is the best weave I've ever had. I will definitely be going back.

I've been to many hairdressers over the past ten years and Nikara is the most professional I've been to. Her salon is immaculate and she makes sure your comfortable and at ease. She's very welcoming and easy to talk to.I first went to Nikara to have a wig instal and she did an amazing job.My most recent visit was to have a weave with leave out. Nikara provided the most gorgeous kinky curly hair, the quality is amazing!I really couldn't be happier with my hair, it's the most confident I've felt in a long time and I'm so glad I came to her salon.I currently travel from Shropshire, which can take around 2 hours depending on traffic. I'll be going back to Bristol in September and I will happily travel from there to carry on having Nikara do my hair! ✨

I genuinely cannot recommend RaRa Hair enough! I turned to RaRa Hair after numerous failed treatments for hair thinning. I emailed the salon and received a response the same day. I knew from my consultation that I was in good hands. I was well taken care of from start to finish. Upon seeing the final result, I was almost in tears. I have not felt this confident for years. I have now had my wig for two strong months and I’m loving all the compliments I’m receiving. My colleagues thought I had gotten extensions! Thank you Nikara x

As i have lived in the suburbs it is very hard to find a hair salon that deals with afro hair and extensions.After seeing an advert that they did for a lady with cancer and how she looked i decided to book an appointment for a consultation. I was pleasently suprised that Nikara gave me a full consultation very knowledgeable about goods and services and a good clear pricing structure. I have since been back for a treatment and a full wig .i have also booked a family member in for a treatment.The salon is very stylish clean and discrete

First time visiting Rara salon today what a lovely surprise. Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish. Nikara was so professional, made us feel so welcome. The salon is very spacious and such a lovely atmosphere to be in. The hair we purchased at Rara’s was such a beautiful quality, the colour match was on point, the fitting was perfect. Attention to detail was impeccable. The results were amazing left us speechless. The aftercare little gift bag and advice how to maintain the hair was a lovely touch. The whole experience was a lovely hair pamper day, nice and relaxed. Honestly made our day. We definitely will be coming back soon.

it was my first time getting extensions from start to finish Nikara did a great job. Professional, attentive to detail, caring about my needs, great customer service and absolutely friendly. above all am satisfied and excited to visit again !!
