Amazing, amazing, amazing!!!!! 100% would recommend coming here if you’re wanting artificial grass. Dean went through all the different grass as there is a few different ones and it gave us a much better view on what grass would be best for our garden. Outstanding customer service and Dean and his colleagues was super friendly and made our little boy laugh :) thank you guys so much again.

Paid for the artificial grass in store, and was given a 1 week delivery time, the day before the grass was due to be delivered, I received a phone call to say that its not in stock, the guy on the phone told me to contact complaints on the website live chat, to then be told by the live chat person, that this need to be dealt with by the store, complete shambles. Definitely would not recommend.

Just want to say what an outstanding trip to Grass direct, as we got there the weather was so bad, but a very kind man decided to allow us to go in as we have kids too, but we were explaining what turf we wanted and the man was so helpful from start to finish! The best customer service around you need fake grass go to that store and see the manager Dean he was superb with our needs!! 10/10 :)

***DO NOT USE THIS NIGHTMARE COMPANY***If I could give this company zero stars I would. Not only did they deliver the wrong size grass but it was poor quality and patchy.They will now only refund me for one of the rolls, because they're saying I laid out the grass. How else would you measure that it's the wrong size exactly? They didn't have it in stock and told me I'd be waiting 6 months, so I sent them back for a refund which they will not honour. Terrible customer service from Michael who has no sympathy for his customers. Any issues they want to speak to you via email because they're too cowardly to speak to you over the phone. It's been a total nightmare.
