Fantastic gym to train at; it's busy without being packed, the owner is very knowledgeable about physical fitness with a great bodybuilding and strength-and-conditioning background, and the vibe is welcoming for people of all abilities.

Love the gym, Danny is completely nuts, but always has the energy and aptitude to help get you on the right path and get the results and well as constantly improving, I appreciate its a small business and the only down side for me is not having those longer hours, but I completely get why in this economy, always a good work out when in there though regardless
