I'm most pleased with my experience with Glassetch Brighton. They are very kind, helpful, speedy and most of all the final product looks amazing! Not even 2 weeks since my first order, I've already placed a second one.10/10 would recommend

Staff are patient, nice, helpful and very responsive.We placed one order first, and place another upon receipt.Stickers are beautiful, and arrived on time.We followed the instructions in the youtube video to apply our stickers,though this is our very first time, really not difficult.Thanks a lot !! We use Glassetch Brighton consistently for our window stickers at our gallery in London and they are absolutely amazing! They are always so professional and quick to respond and have a really fast turnover. They were super helpful when we were applying them for the first time also. I would definitely recommend.

Bought as a gift so no photos yet but my friend was absolutely thrilled with this vinyl decal! Julia was so helpful, advising on sizes and various options; large choice of colour options too. Product was accompanied by email with very detailed application instructions. Zoe posted it out promptly, packaged well and delivery was fast (Royal Mail 1st Class). Would definitely recommend using this fab company!

Ordered on ETSY, asked for something cheap however explained I needed a suitable sign for a 6 foot by 6 foot circle backdrop, the mock up was perfect and I was happy with it however the actual sticker came and it was tiny, I understand I had asked for something cheap however did not know this would entail the actual sign being tiny! I did not have enough time to reorder so I reached out for a refund and was denied, they explained customized items can not be refunded however only one word is customized, the rest could easily be made use of. Explained this again and received a not so pleasant sarcastic response, not a very understanding bunch considering the amount you pay for a lousy sticker which is not up to par in the slightest! Not suitable for a 6 foot backdrop more so suitable for a 4ft one! would not recommend 0/10

I got in touch with Julia directly after seeing Glassetch on Etsy as we needed a bespoke corporate vinyl for a full length mirror. She was able to help with the sizing and used our custom brand fonts, and was able to turn it around quickly for our event. The finish product looks great, everyone in the office wants one too. Would happily recommend and use again. Thanks

I am so happy that I found Glassetch Brighton to help with my storefront. They helped me locate and special order holographic film that I had a difficult time finding myself, and their service was seamless from mock-ups and international delivery to quickly sending a second order after I messed up part of the application. We get compliments on the windows almost every day both from customers and passers-by, and it is all thanks to Glassetch Brighton. 10/10, 100% recommend!
