AMT Auto Leeds

Trusted guys. I took a Mercedes GLC250 last month and James who dealt with me was extremely helpful. Initially I was bit worried for buying a costly used car but everything went well . Thank you very much to the entire team of AMT.

First time not buying from main dealership but I wanted to take a chance with AMT auto after I read all the great reviews etc. I was not disappointed - there is a reason this business is rated so highly. From the moment I first spoke to Gerry I was dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner - vastly different experience compared to recent convos with other dealers. Their price point compared to the market presents good value for money, and the value on my p/e was very fair based on current market values. Rob was on hand throughout the process - no question was too stupid or annoying and I felt reassured throughout what was a seamless process. Highly recommended to anyone considering!

if I could put 0 stars I would put 0, I bought a Range Rover evoque over the phone drove from London to Leeds to pick the car up that I bought over the phone, the car had dents and scratches on it that I ended up taking it because all the payments were done with no discount and after that for 3 months the battery kept on dying I had to take it to the garage 3 times and eventually part exchanged it for a bmw from another garage, I would never buy a car from amt again, pure headache, it’s all good until you take the car.

I bought a BMW 430D from AMT Specialists on Thursday the 20th of April and I safely say it was the best purchasing experience I have had. From the Part Ex, to the delivery and general decorum of everyone working here. I would like to say a special thanks to Mike and Rob who answered every query I had. Rob answered my questions quickly and clearly there was never any pressure applied and he even sent me a video of every part of the car without request before delivering it from Leeds to Birmingham. I could not recommend them enough, after such a terrible experience with Car Shop this was such a breath of fresh air. I will be coming back in the future thats for sure. Thank you for such a stress free experience throughout.

We have had such a bad experience with this garage, we were told that the 2nd key was going to be delivered within 1 week from purchase bought the car months ago, also multiple other issues with the car (coins down the passenger door!). So many phone calls and emails to resolve this issue, still waiting for the key now. The car wouldn't start 1 morning as the current key had a coding issue had to spend £80 for someone to come out and check why it wouldn't start to be told it was the key and as we still didn't have the 2nd key we couldn't use the car until it decided to start. Been waiting for an appointment for months to get the 2nd key coded so driving round with the worry that the car may not start, was told that I could call the breakdown service if it happens. This garage does not respect your own time and I would never recommend or re use. Never had an experience like this.

Don't even bother ⛔️⛔️⛔️Bought an S class worth £53k from this dealer and in about 45 minutes after I left their garage ,the vehicle has stopped working down on M1.They didn't bother to try to fix the problem, hardly answer my requests...The waranty which they are offering you after sale is very limited...almost useless..so you will need to pay for the repairs from your own pocket.Always go for main dealer,almost all of them they are offering 1 year waranty for the aproved used vehicles!!

From the first contact with AMT Specialist Cars they could not of been more fabulous. Professional, helpful and simply delightful, through out the buying process. Making purchasing a car with them a pleasure. I have been utterly delighted with the service and my beautiful car. They will be my 1st port of call, when I am ready to find something new. I can not recommend highly enough.Thank You AMT Specialist Cars and I look forward to some tea on my next visit. (Not allowed currently due to Covid, but the ONLY down side)

Unpleasant experience!After trying to purchase a car off these guys, cowboy prices, literally trying to squeeze every penny possible out of customers. As well as using scare/pushy sale tactics to try and get the customer to jump the gun.Different deal prices from different employees, was offered a car at a slightly discounted price, after some negotiation I decided to accept that price anyway and then they changed there mind on the sale after being given to a different employee.Obviously there car to sell and of course they can do this, but not a great customer experience and appears to be trying to just take advantage of customers when they are interested in cars.Think your experience highly depends on who you speak too, I spoke with two people: Adam was very helpful and seemed very customer focused. The Second guy James not very helpful.
