The most amazing carvery selection, delicious food and a lovely cold house white wine. Excellent service. A lovely stop on our canal boat weekend, I highly recommend!

Set right on the canal side we found this lovely little pub, we were staying at the nearby campsite.We opted for Sunday carvery which didn't dissapoint with a choice of 4 meats and lots of veg, apart from for me it could have been a little hotter, booking is advised as it was busy. Staff were super friendly too defo worth a visit.

What a great Carvery! Best i have had in a long while. I had the small size, and well, i could barely finish it.The pub itself is right on the Worcedyershire Canal system. Picnic tables down by the riverside, kids playing, and dogs. A beautiful location and pub. Very reasonably priced. Defo recommend this place for a nice relaxing drink near the riverside and superb food.

Lovely Carvery menu. Really big portions!The Eagle and Sun staff were fabulous- they fitted a party of 9 in at really short notice. Made us feel really welcome.

I brought my cousin here over the weekend as I live not too far from droitwich and we fancied a proper good carvery.I’ve been there before and nothings changed, everything is just as good as before. Good portions,Good environment and lovely staff. We left very full!

Went for Sunday lunch but hadn't booked, so were very happy when we were seated promptly. Food and service were excellent. Absolutely will visit again. Well done.

Lovely pub, excellent food. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the atmosphere is because we went in at the start of the lunchtime service, so there was hardly anyone in there. W will definitely be back.

Disappointingly the food we ordered was poor , the batter on the Cod dish was well undercooked, it was the same on all 3 fish dishes we ordered. But most concerning we ordered a child’s menu of chicken Goujons and when if arrived it was fish fingers, with the staff member informing us they had No chicken ! We gave feedback particularly concerning the child’s order that no one informed us that the dish was unavailable . This meal was not eaten as the child is not partial to fish fingers. When we paid our bill I had to ask for the fish finger meal to be removed from the bill. There’s was no apology worth mentioning, we have eaten here before and the food has been good.. would I recommend the Eagle & Sun for their cod dish ? Not after today I’m afraid.
