Saige Composite Products

Perfect product and easy to fit, very helpful staff on the phone and even had a Rep offer to come show us if we needed any help,all in all i highly recommend Saige Composite Products.

I used Saige balustrade products for an external steel staircase and a privacy screen on a party wall. Components were manufactured to a high standard with good fit tolerance. When I needed it, customer technical support was excellent (Carol).

After various conversations with Saige, Carol recommended the Rustic Walnut for our courtyard garden. The whole experience was painless with delivery exactly as agreed.Our carpenter installed the boards following the Saige instructions. They are solid and have a quality feel. The garden has been transformed. We are both extremely happy with the resultsand are now exploring using the composite fence panels to finish off.

Whilst I don't have any issues with the product itself, I do think SAIGE needs to improve on a number of fronts.1) The instructions that come with the garden garden are pretty basic2) Saige does not provide any instructions on how to mount their aluminium posts up against a house. I was told before purchasing that the posts can be fixed to the wall by attaching a fitting through the rebate, but any fitting you try will end up blocking the door hinges from sliding down.3) There is no proper way to secure the fence panels to the concrete posts, to stop someone from undoing your fence. I was told that you can just put a screw into the u-channel which seems like a botch to me.4) We ordered 10 panels worth of fencing and in total 20 individual slats arrived scratched. When queried with Saige, they informed me that it's too expensive to have them packaged and are sent to the distributor unwrapped. I'm actually really disappointed by this as our panels arrived scratched as they were sent on the back of a van and are now being sent back to the distributor to be replaced.Good product but needs more thought put into it.

I’ve been using Saige for many many years and always had high quality service and products. A delightful team in the office deal with everything efficiently and we always have our deliveries on time. A genuine review for a genuine company. Well done one and all.

Shocking quality of materials. Good luck to anyone that encounters a site visit from the extremely rude and abrupt sales manager Carl also be prepared for him to be aggressive with your customers.. He and the company director will pass the blame on any defects straight to yourself the contractor and not accept responsibility. Installed many decks in 18 years from different suppliers never had an issue until I used Saige. It's cost me as a company an absolute fortune to rectify. Costs I could do with out. They only interested in 1 thing how much money they can pull from youq

We love our new gate and have received several comments on how fantastic it looks. Photo of the gate taken before the green trim was painted black.

Our experience of this product did not live up to its claims, sadly. In particular there are significant discolourations that are excluded from the product's guarantee. We would recommend a more robust product for longevity.

SAiGE is my first point of call for my composite requirements. The product range is of excellent quality but as important is the customer service I receive from the whole team. In particular, Sara is always helpful, responsive and goes out of her way to make things happen. Great job all round.

As the owner of The Torbay Composite Company LTD, we decided to change suppliers about 18 months ago and I have not looked back.The quality and style of Saige’s products are exactly the reason why we have used Saige for a long time now.I would like to especially mention Darren Bradley who we deal with at Saige, nothing is too much trouble for him and without that relationship I have with Darren I don’t believe we would have traded so much with Saige.
