I bought Oak and Teak Epoxy glue to repair a split in the Sitka Spruce bowsprit of my boat. I found the glue easy to mix and apply thanks to it's long working time. I followed the instructions for applying the glue and then clamped the repair for 3 days. The resultant repair has proved to be rock solid and after cleaning up and sanding down the bowsprit is ready for action again. A great product which I'll put into my tool box for future use.

Purchased epoxy FILL-IT filler and pigments, and the and the penetrating epoxy sealer. I couldn't expect more from the filler: did a great job, although getting a colour match was difficult: practice!! Above all, the after-sales advice was exemplary: personal, and sympathetic. On the after-sales communication, I could not ask for more. Thank you!

We bought the Clear Penetrating Epoxy Sealer – CPES to strengthen a 170 year old wooden lintel which had been destroyed by wood worm. It is an extremely easy product to use and the results were amazing. Even the carpenter we had employed to replace the structure (as a last resort) was staggered at the effect CPES had on the wood. Saved us having to undertake a major repair. Customer service was exceptional, responded quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this product and this company. Thank you Steve

Found details online for the best wood primer as being Smiths Clear Penetrating Epoxy Sealer. Ordered it and was delivered promptly, well packaged and with comprehensive clear instructions. Still using it on the items I bought it for and so far looks to to be the business. Excellent product, excellent service.

Used to protect marine play and teak edging for a new locker lid on my boat. Parts were first assembled with PVA adhesive then the product applied. It soaked in fast and dried overnight to a slight tack, when I applied a second coat, which again dried overnight. I mixed in a jar about 20 ml, and with the lid on the prOduct remained usable for many days. Subsequent light sanding flattened any tops and allowed a simple one part exterior varnish to be applied which sticks well. Incidentally, the grain on the wood was very enhanced by the product, post drying, leaving a satin sheen. Brush cleaned up easily with a few dips in thinners and wipe down on a rag and dried with paper towels, usable again. The locker lid does see high foot traffic hence if the varnish gets damaged, this product will protect the wood underneath. Ordered and delivered next day, in a secure package. Does what it says on the advert.

Good to deal with a specialist company who know their stuff. Follow all instructions and the products do what they claim. Well worth paying a little extra and taking a little extra prep time for products that will last considerably longer than most. Hoping my 45year old dinghy will be good for another 10years!

So basically filler with cpes steve sold me is insanely strong, literally strenght is like new wood like, i tried putty and other stuffs, its just different level. If you really have something rotten to the bone this is what you want to go for. And i wanna say its cheap for what it does , result is just strong. I have always doubts till i got result so this is based on successful use when e.g.10cm wood just gone been replaced with filler and scres runs in, and it is in horizontal position. Also like how steve is really engaged with ppl, i need to say whatever he told me was really correct about product and give me advice about applications and also i had some nonsense questions which he somehow ignored and they turned to be nonsense once successfully used product. I am refurbishing an elderly 18 ft plymouth pilot which had lots of seating and wooden lockers and have used the penetrating epoxy on all the woodwork including new rubbing stakes. easy to apply and the finish looks excellent. mixing small quantities for each job but brushes went hard and wish i knew about keeping them usable for varying job at different stages. would recommend to others and will see what long term results are like. also got a small present with each delivery .thanks.will post pictures when complete and can get on the water
