Organising a PT was a somewhat daunting prospect as I had never done anything like it and although I was fairly active before, I wasn't a regular gym goer. Anita was kind, professional and knowledgeable, and very experienced at programming interesting and diverse workouts which are ambitious but manageable so you can see really tangible progress. After 4 months of general strength and fitness sessions I decided one Saturday to go for a run for the first time in years and was astonished when I ran a 5k and found it easy thanks to my increased fitness levels through Anita's sessions. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. I look forward to our sessions and can't wait to see what I'll achieve with her guidance!

I worked with Anita to help me pass my RAF fitness test. I had previously failed the test twice before and was feeling very disheartened and questioning myself if this was really for me.Anita was a constant while I was experiencing the highs and lows of becoming a runner and the stress of trying to preform to a set level. I could always rely on Anita to be a logical and steady voice of reason.Throughout my time with Anita I learnt how to deal with my own running anxiety and mindset which was key to me passing my test.

I've been working with Anita for two and a half years now and plan to keep on doing so. I wanted motivation to exercise more frequently and to get away from the on/off pattern of exercise that I had always fallen into. Anita spent time finding out what I could do and what I enjoyed and has tailored weekly sessions accordingly. She challenges me to improve and encourages when energy levels are low. I now exercise two to three times a week and combined with Anita's help and advice around my diet, my overall health and fitness have both improved. Result! I thoroughly recommend Anita as a personal trainer.

Anita is brilliant! She helped me to run my first half marathon and her advice was essential for helping me successfully cross the finish line with a smile. The online coaching platform is really good, the schedule was great, her advice was very helpful, and I felt Anita was with me every step of the way and really listened to me. Highly recommend and would happily be coached by Anita again.

I started with Anita about 5 months ago because I needed to improve my fitness to cope with playing a team sport and don’t like the gym. Anita linked into a report from my physio and is very careful about an existing back problem, focusing on improving my hip and glute mobility and strengthening. She is extremely knowledgeable and concerned to make sure that positioning is right and that routines are done properly, explaining why it’s important. She tailors an exercise programme individually for me but it progresses and does not feel repetitious. Anita is unfailingly professional and very good at motivating me. She has made me realise how important it is to put your fitness high up your agenda for your long term health.

Working with Anita is always enjoyable, always challenging and always fulfilling. Each week the session works on something slightly different ensuring progression and support. Anita is unfailingly encouraging and supportive but also manages to make me want to push myself harder. Anita is a great support! I’ve been “slow” to adapt to S&C (which I needed to support my swimming) but Anita was able to quietly support & encourage me and be patient with me, which I don’t think many PTs/coaches can do! I now, & have done for about 18mth, have a twice weekly S&C routine. I am dedicated and I love it. Anita tailors the approach to ensure it’s complimentary to my main sport (swimming), which is a huge reassurance for me. Working with Anita has made a huge difference to my fitness overall (not just a benefit to swimming). Through Anita’s guidance and encouragement I see S&C in a whole new way & I wouldn’t now not have a strength program as part of my everyday life.

I have worked with Anita for 5 years. She is always inspiring and supportive. I have benefitted hugely from her expertise, insights and wise words. When I started working with Anita I was overweight and unhealthy. Now in my early 50s, I am in the best shape of my life. I have have lost over 2 stone and now have a positive relationship with food. And I am fit and strong - with Anita's encouragement, I have taken part in triathlons and run regularly at half-marathon, 10km and 5km distances. Anita just gets women, all the pressures that we have to manage everyday, and knows how to support us to make progress, and to get and sustain results.

Anita tailors my training to the priorities we agreed I should focus on, and she even manages to persuade me to do more than I thought I could - such as couch to 5k! Fun sessions. Great advice. Would thoroughly recommend!!

Anita has done wonders for my confidence and fitness levels! She didn’t pressure me to do anything I felt uncomfortable doing and she helped me push myself harder. She adapted to my needs and abilities which for someone who has dexterity issues like me is amazing. 100% recommended if you need a partner in crime in your fitness journey. Thanks Anita!
