I parked here a couple of weeks ago and the stairwell lights were out of order. Pitch dark and dangerous. Today the stairwell was dirty and grubby with a smell of cigarette smoke. The lift was out of order. It’s really expensive to park here and the car park should be pristine with a working lift

Necessary evil...had to park as was dining at Arta Restaurant. Street parking is really dear, so opted for this at £3/hr.PS. Don't forget about ULEZ. All city centre is in this zone. So check if your vehicle is polluting or not.

As you’d expect from most Qparks, a well lit, clean facility, wide ramps and good sized parking bays. Ramps are quite steep, may be an issue with lowered vehicles.£3ph, decent location for Merchant City area.

Good place to park, prices aren't too bad. However I have a consistent issue of the barriers not letting me out on a pre-paid ticket. I have paid for 4 days of parking and the exit barriers have never opened when I pull up to them. I have to press the help button and ask to be let out. The people I have spoken to have been great and not had any issues with them, but I really shouldn't have to be calling out for an automated system. Getting into the carpark has been fine every time letting me in, it is just exiting it doesn't work at all. Scanning the QR code doesn't work either.

Really good car park. Easy to prebook online and reasonably priced. Entry and exit clearly marked, very spacious spaces, well lit and secure. The licence plate was recognised right away on the way in. On the way out I had to press the button as it didn't seem to recognise us right away. I heard a voice reply but couldn't make out what they were saying, the barrier went up though so they must have heard me. Would use again if accessing that part of Glasgow.

Visited 03/12/23 - one of the two lifts was out of order (though only signposted on ground floor, not on each parking level).2nd elevator not opening on ground floor when called. Staircase to upper level was unlit (pitch black even at 2pm)Far below the standard of other Glasgow Q Park sites

Lifts out of order and no signage to advise customers at the entrance or on any of the parking levels. Had to walk down the vehicle ramps with the pram to get out. In the way back in there was no lighting at the pay station resulting in customers using mobile phones as torches in order to see to pay. Again no signage at the main customer entrance to advise both lifts out of service. I was in the car park on Tuesday and the lifts weren’t working then either and again no signage to advise customers. Given this car park isn’t the cheapest it’s really poor service.

The car park is well lit and not too expensive, but both lifts were out of order, and there was no other ramped access except for the vehicle ramp. So we had to take our pram down that which was not exactly ideal. For somewhere that is well maintained, I’d expect better attention to something as crucial as the lifts, especially with multiple levels of disabled spaces!

I was appalled at the lack of lighting tonight on the stairways and at the pedestrian entrance. People had to use their phone lights to operate the cash nachine and light the stairway. . Any single person would feel very vulnerable using the car park at night,Not good enough and I will avoid this carpark in future.
