Pilates Encounter

Matthew is very friendly and knowledgeable. He picked up several areas of my body that were not in alignment and gave me some exercises to help strengthen them. The environment is clean and welcoming and the equipment is excellent. I can definitely recommend Pilates Encounter.

I’ve been having individual classes with Matthew for 3 months. He’s a knowledgeable and experienced practitioner who responds positively to feedback from sessions and uses a very flexible approach to dealing with issues, always striving to get you moving optimally. I feel I have benefited so much from working on the equipment and I really enjoy my classes. Above all I value Matthew’s guidance which he delivers with warmth and humour.
