Free parking outside. Cash machine next door. Guy in laundrette has change. Bring your own detergent. Quick & easy self service.

The place is clean but the machines are really old. Only 1 of the smallest washing machines is taking our coins and the tumble dryer number 5 stole 10pence from us twice while putting the 20pence coins. So need to be review.I ONLY PUT 20 pence COINS and £1 pound COINS.

Shambolic is about right! Arrived to find there was no one in laurndrette to assist, there is no change machine so I had to go and ask for change at two local shops as I needed more £1 coins than the Bank of England mint manufactures in a year. Out of the 2 machines I used one stopped taking £1 coins so I had to go to the shops again to change up some £1 coins for 20p's. At £8.40 a wash this place is over priced. One of the machines started with a 10 minute delay. Who wants to take a trip to a laurndrette to then sit there a watch a washing machine do nothing??! The dryers are this places only saving grace but they should be at £6 a pop.On a postive note Nisa local and the post office down the road now have plenty of notes and I've boosted the local economy by £40.00Avoid this place if you can. I'm off to Currys to replace my broken tumble dryer...

Terrible customer service skills here. Machines are outdated and barely cleaned the clothes. Avoid

I have mixed feelings about this place. Yes I managed to do 5 loads on 3 occasions, using the large machines (my machine died and I had to wait 3 weeks for the repair man). The downside is that the machines eat your money. You have to literally throw pound coins through the slot so that the machines register the money. At £9.40 for a large wash this means it cost me way more. On my 3rd visit a poor elderly gentleman was trying to retrieve his stuck/lost coins so it is a common issue. Machines are old but the place is very clean. Post office 2 mins away will give change as a cash withdrawal!

Not impressed...machines are dated and it was a wait for the driers! We should have had priority to use the driers because we had washed our laundry there too! Folk coming in with wet laundry and using the driers! There are notices placed for folk to see informing who has priority use of the driers. The ignorant so and so's just pretend they haven't seen them - totally rude and bad manners. The owner was there but hid in his 'office'!! Won't be going there again!

Great facility Machines from Large to Small. 8 dryers and Fourteen machines. 4 for large wash or duvets. 5 small washers for small wash. 4 medium wash. Friendly owner happy to help with instruction and change when he is in the office. Will leave early if no customers.

Arrived in the closing hours with 4 large bags, had a lot of assistance from the owner in ensuring I get maximum work done. No way I would have been that efficient on my own. Great customer service. I do have a working washing machine and an external vent tumble dryer still don't mind paying regular visits for saving time.
