Exceptionally well stocked with many products, spacious and well laid out with excellent store decor set up. Usual 'GAME' prices, but occasional deal/savings to be found. Sadly, staff are unhelpful and prefer to stay at the tills and talk with each other than provide help, while they watch you walk about. No usual customer service small talk or 'did you find everything you were looking for' etc. Constant feel of that they can't wait for you to leave. However, they weren't rude per se, just standoffish.

The variety is great. Gentleman with a beard is a great salesman and very helpful. However, there’s a younger lad there who shouldn’t be left alone. Last two times I’ve been there weeks apart he’s still making errors and a long wait for customers. Leading to me having to leave behind what I wanted to purchase twice. Shame as it’s a fantastic new layout.

Great collection of video games. I went there to buy the last of us remake since it was banned back home. The cashier, Jordan, was very friendly.
