Northenden Fitness & Yoga
This is a warm and welcoming yoga class for people of all abilities. The instructor is friendly and knowledgeable and, as well as feeling calm and reset after a class, I always come away feeling that I've learnt a bit more about yoga. I would highly recommend to anyone who fancies giving yoga a try.

Northenden fitness & yoga is an oasis of calm & me time in a busy hectic world! I’ve learnt how to manipulate my body & pick up on tension & stretch & knead it out! Amanda has become a friend & her teaching strikes the right balance between challenging and nurturing you.

This is an oasis in my busy life. The instructor is very friendly and expert. I began as a beginner 4 years ago with a bad back. I always leave feeling it has made a difference to my body and soul. I also really appreciated all of the online work during lockdowns. Highly recommend!
