If I could give it 0 stars I would. Avoid at all cost. Don’t value their customers, awful service, don’t communicate, and end up refusing to work with you for no reason.

Absolutely horrendous company. “Forgets” to add on charges then after completion adds on charges. Not great communication either, left on completion day waiting for the funds to be transferred. If you request client funds a few days before to clear you should be doing the same. Would definitely not recommend, STAY CLEAR.

Utter disgrace, only had a two minute call with Duncan before I knew not much point in carrying on the call. The guy was rude, obnoxious and felt I was wasting his time! Literally took me two minutes to come to that conclusion we didn’t even get around to discussing the actual very important point of the call which was the welfare of my children! Don’t sit around for weeks waiting for them to call, find yourself a law firm that’s respectful and will be interested in representing you, especially if it’s a really important matter, like mine! Even a 1 star review is to generous for these

I have used RSB Lindsays on two occasions and have been met with professional approach on both. I recently used them for conveyancing when selling my property and they have been very responsive and kept me up to date with all developments. Overall very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.
