Travelled 2.5 hours to buy a gun, was not offered much in terms of advice, I said what I thought I was after and was just shown that particular gun with little alternatives mentioned. The guy kept getting interrupted by other members of staff who wanted him to do other jobs instead of help me, which he left to do twice before telling colleagues to stop bothering him the third time. I tried a test gun for a charge of £25, but at this point I'd decided I didn't want to buy from them, a quick Google found another gun shop about an hour away. Went there instead, the man spent an hour advising and going through all brands of guns, tested as many as I liked on the grounds for free and I was happy to give them my money for the gun instead.

Very helpful, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Set everything up for me and were quick to fix a small issue. The best Gun Shop in the area for sure. Pick a quiet time to go in and you get 1:1 service without any rush.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. Great bunch of guys, hugely knowledgeable.After narrowing down a suitable shotgun from their huge array of products, the gun was then adjusted and fit to myself, and I was given the opportunity to head out to the fantastic Doveridge clay ground and try it out.The gun fit was perfect, the advice given was second to none.Hugely pleasurable experience all round; needless to say, the gun was purchased! Simply would not go anywhere else.

Premier Guns absolutely brilliant. Dan and the team of guys are not only very knowledgeable but also understand good old fashioned top notch customer service. Having bought three guns from them I can say with authority that the service is second to non even the most stupid questions are answered without any hint of frustration and literally nothing is too much trouble. On top of all that the price is really competitive.

Fantastic service from Josh and the team. Lots of support and advice to guy my first gun. They were very patient even though it was getting close to closing time. I would definitely recommend Premier Guns as there is so much choice and stock to try and advice is great.

I traveled 150 miles each way to visit this shop as it had the best selection of shotguns around and I wasn’t disappointed.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was encouraged to take my time and look at the wood work on the full range of their Mk38 Grade 5’s before deciding on one. I walked away an extremely happy customer with a fantastic new gun.The shop has a fantastic selection of guns, clothes and accessories. The shooting ground looked beautiful and I would encourage anyone travelling there to leave enough time for a shoot after visiting the shop.

I have used Premier guns for some time and wanted an ATA sporter the service i received was fantastic and friendly. Within a week the gun developed a fault the staff in the shop were very supportive even sending the gun away to the manufacturer. When they received it back they tested it to ensure it was working sadly it was still the same. I got a call from Premier guns the same day inviting me up to collect a new gun no quibbles they even replaced the sight for me. I can’t recommend this company enough and the stock they carry is huge….. Thank You
