These guys are the best butchers south of London. Fantastic cuts sold at a clean, neat place with great staff and great prices. Picanha is absolutely the best I've had in years. Worth the journey, wherever you come from, if you want a proper steak.

Please be careful of purchasing any type of mince meats as they mix the meats and do not clean their machines, (my chicken was mixed with PORK) I threw it away. I've had to write a review due to meat contamination in my meat and this has happened TWICE. Very poor service aswell as he had no trust on me as a regular customer who visits weekly for my meat, I took back some of the meat and the barcode receipt to show him. I didn't want any money back but just wanted the meat as requested (minced chicken) in return so I could cook it. It was just a matter of principle. Just when I thought I'd found the perfect butcher I found they have poor manners and no clean processes used in store.

Such a delight to have a quality butchers close by. Immaculately clean, fabulous meat and our weekly biltong treat is the icing on the cake. Thank you team !!!!

Não volto e não recomendo esse açougue!Depois de gastar 90 libras e paguei com cartão.Vi um pacote de canjica e decidi experimentar, como eu já tinha pago as 90 libras a sr dona do açougue se recusou a vender pq o pacote de canjica custava 2 libras e o mínimo que poderia passar no cartão é 5 libras. Que vergonha! Perderam um cliente.Não compensa comprar lá pq e muito caro muito melhor comprar on line no Brazilian center com preço muito melhor e entregam em casa.I dont want to come back to the Brazilian Butcher in Crawley and I don’t recommend this butcher .After spending £90 and paid with a card, I saw a bag of canjica and I decided to buy it, as I had already paid £90 , the owner of the butcher refused to acept a card payment because the canjica costs £2 pounds and the minimum that could be spent on the card is £5 .We explain to the owner that we have already spent £90 and we didn't have any cash with us and the amount of money that we have already spent exceeded the £5.The owner still refused to accept my card payment and recommend to me to spent £5 more!!!!!!! if I still want the product!!!!!!!Shame on you guys! You lost a customer.Also Is not worth it to buy from this butcher because it is very expensive.I recommend to buy online at the Brazilian center with a much better price and deliver it at home.

Absolutely terrible service! When there’s a shop full of waiting people, and someone jumps the queue, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth of all the others waiting. When I pointed it out that there were other people in the queue, the guy started swearing at me. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I spend a lot of money on meat, but this encounter has shown me that this place will never get my money ever again! Congratulations for driving away a good customer!

We're so lucky to have this Butchers in Crawley, especially if you like South African goodies. As good if not better than I had in South Africa.

This place is fast getting a top reputation for the best quality fresh meat at great prices in the area.The staff here are very polite and helpful giving you a nice personal service.They sell everything here from the best steaks, chicken, goat, lamb, homemade sausages, burgers and pork scratchings, corn fed chickens, pork ribs and of course their very own Biltong plus much much more.Definitely well worth the visit here instead of buying the flat pack meats from the supermarkets. Highly recommended!

Great butcher with quality meat, really like the service as well but they are very busy, I order a day before and collect on the following day.
