The baby massage course was not only a really lovely bonding experience with my newborn, it also gave me the opportunity to learn techniques to comfort my baby, and provides a safe space to chat with other mums. Sam was so accomodating in every way.

My daughter advised me to go for a mummy MOT. I was sceptical as I am a granny now but I really needed a bit of advice about my pelvic floor. I have found Sam very helpful and would say to the the older ladies it's not too late to get help.

I was nervous about what to expect when I went to the baby yoga class, but Sam put us both at ease and my baby really enjoyed it! We got so much out of it and I cannot wait to book on again soon. Attended the pelvic health workshop with Midwife Sam. Was a great learning experience with practical advice and exercises. Left me feeling more confident in preparing for the birth of my second baby and protecting my pelvic floor
