The worse dominos ever. I’ve ordered with them 3 times now and this is the last one. Every time I’m waiting ages need to call up or it says it was delivered but it was not. Whole driver crew should be fired!

The worst Dominoes I have experienced in 30 years of using for delivery. 1.75 hours after ordering and no pizzas; apparently they had delivery driver issues. If this is the case a warning should be given on ordering using the app so that the customer can decide not to order and go elsewhere, or wait.

We finally placed an order after our bad experience a year ago, unfortunately both pizzas were undercooked again.Also when you pay that kind of money ,you expect more topping than crust .Only gave 2 stars as it was quick delivery, really hot food and polite delivery driver.Food quality needs improvement

What the hell has happened?? this Dominoes is ZERO star. Ordered Pizza and sides, app said it was on it way. Waited 45 minutes. No delivery. Phoned them. 'Oh sorry, app has technical issue, your Pizza hasn't been made yet'. Eventually it arrived 45 minutes later. COLD. We live 5 minutes away by car. Basically, GO ELSEWHERE.

Awful service..so ordered a pepperoni passion plus a drink part of a meal deal,eventually turned up a chicken and mushroom (no drink)So I Called to complain and was told they are very sorry and will resend the original pizza that we ordered within about 20 mins…Fast forward an hour and still NO pizza!! , I call them again to be then told that no pizza will be delivered as there is a problem with delivery drivers!!!! ….I said well an hour ago they assured me they would resend,so what’s changed??No answer could be given and was told a refund will be given within 3-4 days..Absolutely terrible service…Without a care for customersStay clear!!!!!

So con artists have been put in charge? Guy on phone was just making up prices for how much we'd be charged. Might have to report to trading standards or something.Used to be a great place. Now, I'm done. Pizza guys are better.Avoid at all cost!

Ordered 3 double decadence pizzas and they were all undercooked, too much sauce and it was falling apart. Very disappointed and the worst dominos experience I've ever had. Order from the Bishops Stortford branch if you can!!

Placed an order on special deal. Received the correct pizza and two lots of chicken wings which was not correct order. Sent back and was assured would send out correct items. Waited 35 minutes and we are only 500yds away from shop to be told order still not out. I asked for a refund. Terrible service and didn’t seem to care. No form of compensation. Had to ask and said I would get a voucher to my phone
