Darlington Hippodrome
Great price and a good show. We'd love to go back. Usually we have been put off by prices which we have thought have been too high (at other venues) but we found this to be very reasonably priced.

This place has had a massive renovation since I was last here. Everything looks so modern but still keeping a lot of the original features. The staff were very friendly in helping us find our seats. There are a lot of seats and space enough so you don't feel too cramped.

Darlington Hippodrome
Today I saw the show Anything for love tickets were £35 each. I've seen Bat Out of Hell at Stockton Globe which made me try this show. The show was not worth £35 a ticket when last Friday I saw Scouting for Girls at York Barbican for only £33 a ticket. This show was no where near the talent of Scouting for Girls and cost more. Plus I saw it in York not Darlington. I spoke to the manager Tim he listened to what I had to say but then I left at the interval

Went to see the Meatloaf Story with some older family members. We all had a brilliant night, the views to the stage was really good and the performance was very good.

Great Theatre, unfortunately, found that the seats are uncomfortable. Didn't ruin the enjoyment too much though.

I’ve been to the Hippodrome a few times, and cannot fault it. The staff are always lovely and accommodating. The prices for concessions are what you expect, but the venue is head and shoulders above other theatres in the nearby area.

Went to tonight to see Heather's the musical.Slight issue with the tickets. They hadn't come through. However, when I emailed the venue this morning, they issued the tickets immediately via email, so the customer service was super quick!Parking was easy and signposted. The venue is lovely from the outside, and it looks very modern. Inside is very cosy and just the right size for smaller acts / performances to make it lovely and intimate!Prices weren't sky high, too. They even served coffee inside. They accepted both cash and card payments which is rare!!Staff are very friendly and helpful and plenty of toilet facilities on site. During the interval we were allowed outside.
