Brought my cats here to be vaccinated. The website stated £56.20 for starter vaccines. When I came to pay it was £70 - almost 25% extra!When I asked the receptionist why the price was so different compared to the website she said bluntly well obviously it hasn't been updated for a long time" That sounds like your problem not mine. It smacks of being underhand as you're not told the price until you've had the treatment and come to pay.I can get the same vaccines including worming

Outstanding Service from this gentle and compassionate vet when he put our 19 year old cat to sleep. Its never pleasant when you have to let one of your precious pets go to Rainbow Bridge, but Richard Smith made it bearable with his kindness. The best experience we have ever had, at the end of a pets life. We will be transferring the care of our other pets to this Veterinary Practice.

Richard cares for all 6 of my dogs, he gives great one on one care! He cared for my ferret as well years ago, we had been to a specialist, and they weren't helpful, so Richard researched and tried to help find the problem, and I'll never forget all that he did for Brian! My little one went in for a small operation last Friday, and I only dealt with the vet nurses that day, and they were lovely as always!
