Amazing experience with Alba Campers and unforgottable trip in the Highlands.Steven was extremely helpful from start to finish and easy to communicate with. You can feel that for him customer is always number 1.The car was in great shape, easy to drive thanks to the automatic shift, but sometimes hard to manage on the narrow roads... Still the best choice that we could ask for!Alba Campers is a must if you want to avoid big car rental places and rent from a family run business who take care of customers!In november it can get quite cold up there, and the car has no extra insulation, but we could still manage it. Thanks Steven for providing us with extra pillows, sleeping bags and a mini heater to avoid the cold as much as possible!Would totally recommend for anyone up for an adventure!

Amazing experience, we will definitely rent again with Alba Campers. The camper van is really complete, comfortable and really well organized, you have plenty space to keep your belongings. It includes everything you need to enjoy the experience (a tap with water deposit, a table, chairs a complete cookware: kitchen pots, pans, utensils, camping gas including cartridge...) Steven was so kind with us, he offered us maps and other thinks other clients has left in the camper van. If you wish a complete and economic camper van and you enjoy a friendly and close relation with the staff this is definitely what you are looking for !

Loved my week away in an Alba Camper. Never driven a van or an automatic but both were really straight forward and I had no trouble.Well laid out van with a good living and storage space and a perfect camping 'kitchen' ... the working sink was an unexpected and useful surprise.Visited some lovely wild spots and had the van as a base for some fun adventures. I'd definitely do it again!

We had a great time thanks to Alba Campers! We took a road trip around the Isle of Skye and the van was perfect for it. It was fully equiped, with all the things we needed to enjoy our experience even more. It came with a small table, two chairs, a gas stove, pots, pans, plates, cutlery... everything! We slept comfortably too. The van is easy to drive and to park. Thanks to Alba Campers we had amazing adventures around Skye!Steven and Kyle are great! They walk us through the process during our rental with kindness and patience. They are very easy to talk to and very nice people. We cannot recommend Alba Campers enough!

We rented a van from Alba in August for a 5 day trip touring the NC500. The van itself was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised with ample bedding area which converted in to a mini dining room, complete with a gas stove and sink and lots of storage space.We were a bit anxious about how the van would cope with the route but I have to say it was great to drive and dealt with the challenges the route had to offer with ease where a bigger van might have struggled with some of the narrow and twisting roads.On the last day of the rental we arrived back late but this caused no issue and the service we received was exemplary throughout.Will definitely be using Alba again when we return to Scotland!

We hired a camper van for the September weekend. Steven and the team could not have been more supportive. They made are trip so enjoyable due to the items provided with the camper and the insurance and roadside assistance. This gave us piece of mind when we where away. Probably my favourite rental company I've dealt with thus far. Everything went as expected and I didn't feel stressed that I would be over-scrutinized for the tiniest thing. Having an indoor space was great to occasionally hide from the Scottish weather haha. We put down a couple thousand km's and never ran into any issues!

Alba Campers offered phenomenal service and I cannot recommend them enough. We were planning on driving the Highlands for our honeymoon and so needed something comfortable with enough amenities to survive off of. We also loved that the camper had an automatic transmission (since we came from Canada and already felt challenged enough by driving on the opposite side of the road) and had satellite navigation (which we relied on heavily while traveling through the mountains where cell service is spotty at best). The camper came equip with everything we needed to cook dinner comfortably, and had plenty of spare fuel canisters for our stove which was reassuring. The bed was long enough to stretch out in and was as comfortable as one would expect for sleeping in a van. We did enjoy that the van was not overly large, as many of the rural roads are quite narrow which we definitely wouldn't have been able to tackle with a larger vehicle.All in all I would highly recommend Alba Campers and if we ever return to Scotland we could definitely book from them again.

My partner and I hired the Toyata with a roof tent for a trip to Mull. We had to rearrange our trip a week before we set off but they were understanding and allowed us to move the booking for a fee (which is understandable).When we picked up the van, Steve was very clear and helpful with explaining all the important aspects of the van and the appliances. It was a really well put together campervan and was really helpful for our trip!
