Provided loan car. Picked up our car quickly repair took less then a week. This kind of service is rare these days.

They did an amazing job, very nice people. Repairs after a 3rd party smash and did it in a week where my own insurance company said it would be a month so very happy with the turn around. Even my 6 yr old daughter was very well looked after 5 out of 5, before and after photos did an amazing valet on my car also. Many thanks

Impeccable service right from the first phone call and email. Assessor (who came all the way from Slough!) was very helpful and reassuring explaining work to be done for repair. Then Mick from DLG Autos Welwyn collected my damaged car from my home, explained the process, he was on time, polite and professional at all times. Customer service from DLG was excellent. Car repairs were completed three days ahead of schedule, car absolutely spotless and detail valeted. Even the two customer services staff (Christina and another!) at DLG were friendly and professional with all phone calls and on the collection day. Cannot find one fault in DLG, or the repairs, at all. Highly recommend. 10/10

Following a recent collision, DLG have supported us to get back on the road. From the initial point of contact (no pun intended) to delivering the car back, their service and communication has been faultless. Regular updates, friendly staff to deal with, and clarity have been much appreciated. The car looks in great condition now and DLG even resolved a car locking issue that was frustrating us for several weeks. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

Car was picked up first thing on Monday and a courtesy car left. The courtesy car was in very good/clean condition. The bodywork repair to mine was done to a very high standard and I was able to get it back on the Thursday.

Great service from DLG Auto Services! Recommended via the insurance company and so glad I went with them. They did a great job, even cleaning the sign writing off the side panel to make the van look right! There was a month delay on parts (out of their control) however manage to secure the part within 4 days! Happy to say my van is back to full health and looking better than ever! Thank you DLG Auto Services, will be using your services voluntarily in the future! Highly recommend! Also, Dave the driver who delivered my van back is a great guy, finished the whole experience with a smile on my face! Thank you to the whole team at DLG Auto Services :)

Really efficient very professional amazing service my car was spotless and clean and they even managed to somehow get rid of the cigarette smell! So thank you! Body work repaired super fast and collected at 9pm! Which was fabulous as I finished work late :)

From day one the people have been great. When they looked at the damage to the car, he explained what will happen and some one will call you once the car parts are in. Once they got the car parts they rang us to collect the car. Once they started work on the car they kept us informed of the progress. Once the work was completed they rang us to drop the car. It came back spotless. Which the insurance company use DLG Autos to supply hire car as they would give an excellent service. Thanks for doing a brilliant job on the car.

Paul who collected and delivered our was a lovely man. He was very efficient telling us every thing that was going to happen and what to expect next. When he returned the car he parked in the correct place, with out being told , showing us all the work that had been carried out, making sure that we was happy with the work. DLG was a very good at keeping us informed on every stage of the repairs. With phone calls also text messages. Even letting us know when and the time the car arrived. Great all-round service.
