Purchased an e bike from Northyorkshireelectricbikes and very pleased with it. Tony took a lot of time with us and explained all we needed to know. Having done quite a lot of research on the web and talking to other owners there is no cheap way to buy an electric bike. Tonys' stock is of the high end quality bikes and having studied the Kalkoff brand you can see how good they are. Quick response from Tony regarding any correspondence, Thank you.

Top quality advice and excellent after sales support. We bought e-bikes from Tony 4 years ago he was very knowledgeable and willing to advise and guide then, it was a really good decision. When I needed a spare part this week he remembered us and he went out of his way to make sure it was delivered promptly, even making special arrangements to meet and keeping me informed along the way. My wife and I travelled to Knaresborough today on a recommendation. We spent a couple of hours with Tony who gave us a professional service with no hard sell. He was very knowledgeable and after a test drive up a large hill in Knaresborough and around the town was convinced we were doing the right thing. We purchased 2 x e-bikes. Thank you Tony.

From the first phone call enquiring about an e bike Tony was very professional and friendly and knew his stuff about e bikes. My wife made an appointment to go look and try a bike. The day of the appointment was extremely windy however she still went out for a test ride. Absolutely loved it needless to say bought the bike straight away. I went the following day and bought one too. Tony delivered both bikes for us and explained again how to get the most out of them. He has the patience of a saint! Today we went on a short ride 10 miles and throughly enjoyed it - we are hooked! Thank you Tony, can highly recommend getting an ebike off him! We should have donenit ages ago!

The level of customer service here is excellent! Tony took me through everything on the bike and even took me out for a short ride to make sure I was completely happy before I bought it. Bought a KTM Ventura 2 years ago, and never looked back really. Initially spent a couple of hours with Tony trying out different bikes, lots of information and attempting the crazy hills in Knaresborough convinced me to take the plunge. The bike has had only the most trivial issues in the 2 years, but Tony offers almost 24/7 after sales support/advice, the latest and most 'serious' being a complete brake pad replacement and hydraulic service with next to no notice on a bank holiday Sunday - Very highly recommend.
