Had a really bad experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone . I’ll try and keep it short , but might be difficult due to all the problems I have had with this company .Vw t25 panel van in for panel and rust repair , 4 side windows fitted and respray .1st time collected van , all 4 new windows leaked . Blatant rust problems not even looked at even though discussed , 2 tone respray . Paint peeling , scratches and runs . Paint Overspray all over engine and exhaust . Needed mot which it failed due to welding needed doing . Mentioned this , to which they accused the garage of hitting a whole in the seal with a hammer . Van was returned for a second try .2nd time collected , windows still leaking . Legal action threatened before finally getting sorted . Resprayed again . More runs , paint reaction and nearly every seam had paint peeling away . After about 2 weeks there was Rust coming through where the seam was not treated properly . Van returned for a 3rd try .3rd time collected , still has runs in the paint and paint is starting to crack on the seams .I have given these guys many opportunities to have another look at the van to resolve the issues as I am still within the years guarantee. They have no interest and have blocked my emails .I have paid quite a few grand to have my van done . After 3 attempts and over a year I am very unhappy with what I am left with .If you are looking at this company do yourself a favour and do not even entertain using them . It starts off alright but once paid there is a lack of interest and you will have to do a lot of chasing yourself , especially if you are having a respray as they don’t do this themselves and sub the work out .

I've just read the previous review and only thought it was right to add something here about my experience of this company and also the aforementioned bodyshop that also worked on the T25.I have had nothing but great experiences with both companies both mechanically and for bodywork and would go nowhere else with my classic VW's (3 Karman Ghias and a Notchback).I was having work done to one of my cars when the previous reviewers T25 was being done and saw the work being done and the time spent, everything was done correctly - i was even there when the window rubbers were being fitted by an outside contractor and saw the problems they had with fitting the poor quality of rubbers supplied (believe by the client). No company is perfect and I'm not saying that this company is either, but what they are is honest, have integrity and if they make a mistake they will fix it........without having to threaten them with legal action (who does that!?!?!)I could go on about what I saw on this T25 within the previous review and the amount of time they spent trying to make a less than perfect T25 as nice as it could be, but i think its just best to say that based on my experience I would deem this to be a completely false and shameful review of a decent honest company who do what they do for the love of the classic VW rather than the desire to line their pockets.

We needed our T25 van roof repaired in quicktime for a trip we were taking in her. The guys here agreed to do it in a pinch, of which we were grateful. Part of the work was done as you might hope in the time, but a large portion was done very poorly. To the extent it was dangerous and our pop top went up while on the motorway due to the workmanship. As well, a portion of sealing our canvas to the pop-top was done with less than mediocre visual quality to a classic van! But, all of that was to be remedied after a very a long drive on my part to see them with my complaints. They agreed to do some further work to improve the situation, but when my partner called them 6 weeks later to followup they made excuses and didn't have it done (claimed issues with finding a part, but never called me to let me know until she phoned to get it sorted). When I phoned to once again rectify it today (all the while seeking a solution) they argued with me about it rather than apologise or accept that they had made a mistake, or work to correct the problem. All the while, they had my number all this time and never once contacted me to make right. We are very disappointed to have left our precious T25 with these guys, have it returned with mediocre workmanship and for them to stoically disregard us as customers by arguing some bent sort of righteousness. In the end, the situation is not resolved after multiple attempts at working on my end to make it right, which should NEVER be the customer's job.
