Needs to learn where they are supposed to go. You tell the switch board the address and it comes up on the drivers phone and instead they go somewhere else and blame you for their mistakes, when the driver is on his phone with others.

I’ve used XL for around 2 years now, averaging 4-6 taxis per week. Not once have they been late. Not once has an operator lied about what time my taxi will arrive (unlike some companies) Not once have I been overcharged. The drivers are all friendly and helpful as are the staff on the phones. I can’t fault XL and would recommend them to anyone.

BLACK TOYOTA PRIUS FN58UAW,Refused to take my blind cousin home as he didn't want to walk him to his front door, he drove off and was very rude, the lady who runs the phone calls at the office was extremely rude. I don't know how a taxi driver with that attitude got that license, i will be taking this complaint to the council.

Called to book a taxi to the airport. I was asked details regarding number of people, suitcases etc. Price given of £35.20. A day before pick up, call recieved stating they made a mistake and the price is actually £51.00. What a disgrace. Stick with CHOICE CARS Wednesbury - Better value and honest.

Over the years I have used all local taxi firms at one time or another, but in recent years I have stayed with XL without doubt they are the best, both for cost, reliability and friendliness of the drivers and phone operators

The service has improved since my first use of the company, they are now getting the pickup and destination addresses correct, BUT the receptionist told me that I could not pay by credit card because the company did not have the facilities do this, however both the drivers told me that you can pay by card if you download the company App. So why are the reception staff misleading the customers? In all trips the cars are clean and the drivers are professional, prompt, polite and respectful.

May I take this opportunity to say that I have booked Xl Taxis for my resent airport transfer,and I can honestly say they are the best taxi service,the drivers on both trips were very polite and professional they were on time the taxis were very clean and a comfortable journey Thank you.
