I booked an appointment on behalf of my mother, who is suffering from a neurological disease and receiving 24-hour care in her home. I made Michael aware of this, he still agreed to the job and committed to carrying out the work on Saturday afternoon. Saturday came, Michael did a no show, no text or call to cancel the appointment for us to move on and get someone else in, he left my mother and health workers completely shafted. Michael has done nothing more than waste our time. I would certainly not recommend this chap.

Michael got back to me so quickly ! He was able to come out at a time that suited me. I was ready to have my washing machine scrapped and buy a new one. He was able to find the problem quickly and fix it ! No new machine needed. Michael is friendly and took the time to teach me about the problem and about future care for my washing machine. I would welcome him into my home again and highly.recommend him. Michael didn't over charge me either he was very reasonable. I'm so.glad I found his details on Google!!! A trustworthy friendly workman. Thank you Michael

Fantastic, very friendly and proactive service. My machine had been almost ruined by someone that came to fix it previously. Action repairs came and fixed it for me within 24 hours and I didn't even the feel the cost to repair it. It now works amazingly well. Pleased is honestly an understatement. I totally recommend this company for their courteous and no nonsense service. Thank you!

My Zanussi machine packed up on the final spin and drain, plus the door locked with a full load inside ,Michael found the problem and advised a repair was not possible I subsequently purchased a new machine from him ,so far so good ,I would definitely recommend Action Repairs

Our washing machine broke down, called Action Repair and he came same day. Fixed the problem easily and showed me how to do it, should it happen again. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I was put in contact with Mike as others could not fix my old tumble drier as would not be able to get parts .Mike told me what to do over the phone after I had explained the issues I had with it . He did not charge me and my tumble drier is now working like new . Such great service . Thank you .

Our washing machine(Bose) had stopped working and wouldn't drain so I called Action Repairs.He is friendly, knowledgeable and was able to sort the problem quickly and cost effectively. It is really nice to be able to use someone local and we will definitely be using Action Repair again. Highly recommended!2

I can't give any better review than the work that was carried for me. I have an old German washing machine and Mike would not give up until he had repaired it. He had to leave a couple of times to find parts and took all afternoon. Then he charged me a pittance. Talking with him was a breath of fresh air compared to most engineers" that have attended at my home."
