Cobra got our debt paid within a week of receiving our instructions. Updates were available on our account portal and our account manager was in constant contact due to the fast pace of the collection.

Never trust. We paid premium fee and zero result. Also if you try to contact them about your cases they block you :) see you in court guys.

I would leave no stars if the option was available.I took on cobra financial to recover debt from a tenant of £12,500. I paid the 10% fee and was assured the money would be recovered within 6-8 weeks. I was also told there would be video evidence of all the calls the team would make. 12 months later I have had no money back and only 2 pictures of the team at the debtors new address. I have had correspondence about this which was very unprofessional. When I decided to take the debtors to court cobra told me not to because the debtors had offered to make a payment. I know this was because they had received the court papers through. I was told 2 months ago a payment was made. There has been no payments to my account. My portal hasn't even has an update on it for 2 months.This whole scenario has been extremely stressful and costly. I would not recommend this business" to anyone. Its a scam. Stay away and take whoever it is to court. All the best with your debt recovery."

I've not received evidence that any work has been completed on our behalf, despite being told a case has been created for me. I've waited for Cobra to visit but twice they've not turned up, and my emails and phone calls are unanswered. Please can you contact me urgently to provide a refund?

Cobra team tried to recover money from debtor. After few months of work they didn’t recovered anything. At end they refunded my initial deposit £595.

Cobra have assisted us with a stubborn none payer that we have recently had. Jordan at Cobra was very helpful when we first made contact and Cobra's operatives were quick to establish contact with the debtor. The process has been hassle free and should we have a similar situation in future i would not hesitate to use Cobra's services again.

After 3 years - NO MONEY RECOVEREDI took a Nottingham ( Clifton based crook ) to court and won a CJJ I turned to Cobra for help - initially spoke to Steve who said and promised me that they can recover the money he owes me.Gentelmen called Rory & Ben came to my house explained how they worked took £1500 fee off me then next days they visit to my debtor was made I received some photos and a written report after which I never received any videos as promised.The debtor is an evil man who instead of paying bill decided to put his energy into avoid paying them - and Cobra couldn't literally do nothing about it and they basically GAVE UP ON ME and MY CASE.Unbeknown to me whenCobra started to occur some issues with my debtor and my case seem to stall.I had to chase them to get any info from them and the little I got was vague in fact they didn't seem to be aware of my case.Or when they said they will call back - no one even called me.I contacted Cobra several times and they had a number of excuses why nothing was done and why I wasn't kept informed.After I officially complaint in written to them - They called me and assured me they would follow up my caseThey still failed to collect my debt after nearly 3 years.I'm my opinion they failed on all levels communication, service and the job they were paid to do.My advice would be to avoid this company in my opinion and in my case they were completely incompetent, no doubt they will post a response which makes me out to be the bad guy but it would be just another excuse.A total waste of my time , money and effort! So much promises made and said but nothing actually done. MY DEBTOR is basically a scum bag and Cobra can't get money from people like that - so If you try them to recover money from individuals who know how to avoid the system you won't get a broken penny.I am a very unhappy client - I wasted a lot of money and timeAnd sorry guys this is my personal opinion about the service I received you might be amazing with recovering money from some companies etc but when it comes to scumbags that know the system and how to avoid it you can't do anything. That's the reality and truth. Unfortunately you didn't mention that to me when you took my case.

A top class company!Cobra are the best financial recovery companies I have worked with . Jordan was very helpful in guiding me through the whole process , I provided all the information they needed and they did all the rest . After waiting for payment from a client since January I handed everything to them and a settlement was reached within a week and the money was in the account .I could not be happier with the service that they provided and I would recommend using them if you have a client that refuses to settle invoices ! 5 stars no doubt

Very disappointed with the service provided by Cobra - Happy to take their fees but since then it has been very difficult to get communication and no contact (by Cobra) with the debtor at all since March 2023 despite being promised they would get this collected in weeks.

Your answer to my review doesn’t make any sense. Your agents at my door at 7am? What a lie!You are confused, I am your client not a debtor. I hope no one gets fooled with 5 star fake reviews which cannot be verified.Cobra is complete scam!!!Wasted £3.6k with them and they keep avoiding talking to me. They keep telling me to check the portal for the progress. Progess is 0.Let`s be honest, the portal is for their own purpose, they can put anything they want in it and doesn`t indicate the work they did at all.Their agent arrived to sign the contract and collect the money of me the same day I spoke them on the phone. “Luckily”he was in the area.They promissed that they will send their agent on the next day to collect the debt. It is now almost 2 years and they havent even managed to speak to the debtor. They are cheats! I was cheated twice on this occassion and lost more money thanks to Cobra. Waste of time.
