I would give 0 stars but I can't, avoid this place or prepare for 4 to 6 hours of waiting and ruining your day. Once you join the queue you can't leave!

Dreadful place to come to. Chep drivers sneak in the exit meaning you have to wait in the queue even longer. Miserable, obnoxious, surly rude morning forklift driver. Soul destroying, enthusiasm sapping awful place. If you're sent here, good luck. .

Long wait to get into the yard, 6 trucks in front of me took 1.5hrs to get in. Once in you get loaded and out the gate in 20mins. Drivers toilets are available and clean! Only 3 stars coz of the wait.

Really awful place, no proper signage and drivers very often can’t find the entrance, keep turning and blocking entire industrial estate.

Small company, driver has to check-in on entry touchscreen pc, but its not a problem. I was loading there and Ive had no problems. There is also one czech worker who helped me a lot with some small problems on my trailer.

Had my first ever collection here, joined queue as per everyone else, got to front, checked in OK with forklift driver, loaded quickly, check out was easy, good friendly staff
