They organised a first interview via Microsoft meetings and sent me an email link to join the meeting. I logged in a few minutes early and for the next 20 minutes, I was the only one in the meeting. They never bothered to turn up. Then they sent me a message asking when they could call me to discuss the interview so I promptly replied with dates and times. They then didn't bother calling. Absolutely useless. If this is how they conduct themselves trying to organise an interview, I'd hate to see how the business is run.
