I've taken all my clothing alterations here for years and never had any issues. I've always found the proprietor helpful and polite and my goods ready. He's told me what he can and can't do and I've always been happy. On my way there now!

Rudely stated he won’t alter a pair of jeans because they were expensive and he doesn’t want trouble at his door if they were wrong! Obviously has no faith in his abilities.

Poor service. The Indian guy who runs the place has a horrible attitude and looks for any excuse to be unhelpful. Avoid this place, as others say there’s far better tailors who provide a better customer experience.

£15 to have a pair of jeans taken up!!!He definitely seen my husband coming!Avoid this place there are much cheaper places on Melton Road in Leicester.

Charged £17 to replace a Jean's button and take an inch in on a pair of trousers. The Jean's button fell off after four hours of wearing them!The trousers are still to big as I had to guess how much needed taking in the shop. Normally you try the garment on and it is pinned.Expensive and rubbish, would avoid. Plus the guys attuitude sucks, he is patronizing and rude.

Don't go there. Asked a simple Question: What chemicals he uses and if there is a potential to damage the suit. Not only he didn't answer the question, but he refused to do any work and was acting unprofessional, selfish and with a horrible attitude. I would stay away from this place, which cannot even explain what they do and how safe it is for your clothes.

No complaints!! everything always perfect, lovely customer service all round great. Always use this shop for my tailoring and dry cleaning. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 star service
