I can’t stop buying glasses, from pop specs in Eldon Square! I’ve had a great experience each time, I won’t get my glasses from anywhere else now, they have friendly, informative staff and pretty much frames for everyone.It’s taking roughly 15minutes max, for the glasses to be ready. The finishing touches I.e written note, content images and pouch really shows the professionalism and overall special feel of Pop specs.I also love how they rotate and have new collections and styles monthly, so it gives an exclusive feel to budget friendly glasses.

Amazing service from Stephen and Joe. Its not often you can rock up and get a new pair of specs within 30 minutes, without an eye test.Both myself and my wife got new glasses and are very pleased with the variety and the quality.Would definitely recommend.

A big thank you to Joe at the Newcastle branch, who was an absolute life saver for me! I was away in Newcastle for work and snapped in half the one pair of glasses i had with me. I'm very short sighted, so literally lost without them. After trying various glues and gaffer tape without any luck, I stumbled across pop specs. Joe put my broken ones in a machine which read the prescription on them while I chose some new frames, then he put the new glasses in a different machine which shaped the lenses. And within half an hour I was wearing them! Wasn't expecting them to be great, but anything was better than nothing at that point. Anyway they are just as good as my old ones from a traditional opticians. Cheaper too, and didn't take a week to be ready. So I was really impressed, just wish there was a branch down South!
