Having been a Pitney Bowes customer for 5 years now, I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to avoid dealing with them.They charged us when we moved business address.They charged us every time they alter their shipping rates (£50-60 just to download their franking machine shipping-costs update).We've moved to PPI now and I couldn't be happier to stop dealing with Pitney Bowes.

The least professional company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The account management is inept, billing is inaccurate, leasing is incomprehensible and inaccurate, support and service is worthless and the response to enquiries is either late or ignored. I have dealt with them for several blue chip organisations so God help SME's!

Truly awful customer service. Avoid! The customer service contact number charges 7p/min and I have been in a queue for 1 hr 20 mins trying to arrange for replacement toner to be delivered.

I`m a customer of Pintey Bowes for 3 years, I have never received adequate customer service, even when my funds disappeared from my account they are not reacting on this. Avoid !!!
