The Delivery Group do not deliver. I ordered a book on Amazon and it was to be delivered by TDG. The delivery time was several days and the final day was the 12th February. Today is the 16th and still nothing. I tried using their website but it was as useless as they are.If I could, I would give them a minus number. Check when you buy that your delivery is not by TDG.

Won tickets to the Festival of Speed at Goodwood for Friday 9th July. The tickets were being couriered by The Delivery Group, still waiting for the tickets three weeks after the event! Contacted the Delivery Group & was told a few porkies. Now I have order something from Amazon to my horror its being delivered by.....The Delivery Group. Guess what its late, I would never use this company if I had the choice, they are simply shockingly poor. I couldn't give them zero stars, its not allowed!!UpdateThe Amazon order has in fairness now arrived all be it a couple of days late.

Superb, friendly service. And so brilliantly quick and free of fuss and bother compared with going to the Post Office. I love the way you can just hand everything over, get a receipt and tracking details if need be, and just walk away, knowing that everything will be dealt with totally reliably and professionally. I've had to send a lot of items this past year and every experience has been spot-on perfect. Thank you!!

Absolute scammers. We are a business who have had an account with them. They state one price and then overcharge on invoices. Then threaten legal action once you complain and they dont send the data so you can check. There are other people who use them and so many people leave as they are grade a scammers. Avoid, there are many better companies out there to deliver your mail.

I ordered two books on Amazon and it was to be delivered by The Delivery Group. I ordered 3rd of February and was expected to receive it on the 11th. It is now March and I have yet to see my order. All it says on Amazon is that it is running late, can’t even get a hold of anyone.
