Jo Wiles Therapies

Jo is extremely friendly and welcoming as an instructor. I had never done anything like this before, but she explained everything really clearly and made it easy to follow. She was very relaxed and understanding of our babies' needs during the sessions, and created an atmosphere that made them fun and enjoyable. My daughter really seemed to like the massage and it was a lovely activity to do together. I have been able to carry on using some of the moves after the sessions. I would highly recommend!!

Jo’s sessions were great - she was really informative and patient!We’ve since introduced some of her techniques to help calm and soothe our daughter and it’s been so helpful.It was a great thing to do early on to help bond with our baby.
