I ordered a rare type of led lamp, which they were able to supply immediately from stock. Then I discovered that my order was wrong, and I needed a slightly different lamp, which they also supplied immediately from stock! Brilliant service, highly recommended!

These fire hoods are great and at a great price. Prompt delivery. Easy to fit and keeps the building Regs people happy. Especially when being used with the new super efficient Hybris insulation system as Hybris has no fire ratings. So better to be safe than sorry, even though LEDdownlights give off little heat. Better to be belt and braces safe. Good stuff
