Do not rent out through Whitegates Beeston. This agency should not have been allowed to be in a market at very first place. Extremely unprofessional staff and behaviour at Whitegates Beeston. All is good till you encounter some problem as a tenant. They do not reply to your queries and start ignoring. They will do their level best to hold your deposit for all the fabricated reasons. Extremely extremely disappointed. Complained about mould and they didn't even bother to fix such problem. In and out of the hospital due to spread of mould everywhere, health and safety regarding their old time fire place. I ADVISE YOU NOT TO RENT FROM THIS PEOPLE . THEY ARE NO DIFFERENT FROM THE PRIME MINISTER AND HIS FRAUDSTERS.

It is my first time to use Whitegate Beeston to rent out my house. The staff (Tracy and Dylan) are very professional providing a prompt and professional service. So far as good and didn't have any problem.

Our experience with whitegates as tenants has so far been great. Really good communication from viewing to moving in. We had big issues finding a house to rent at the time, with properties selling out sometimes within minutes due to demand and after visiting many estate agents whitegates helped us with a viewing. The contract signing and paperwork was made as easy as possible and we moved in a few week later. The maintenance team have responded very quickly to issues, usually arriving the next day. Big thanks to Marie for quickly organising someone to attend and fix a leak we had recently. Only area that could be improved would be to tidy up the general appearance of the properties before tenants move in. Ours could have done with a quick paint job as areas of paint had flaked off the walls and generally looked worn and tired. However overall I would certainly recommend whitegates for anyone looking to rent.

I dealt with Dylan and extremely satisfied with conduct l got the place in about 2 weeks, even ipto now he checks up on us, l can recommend them any time.

Very good service since moving in from Whitegates. We were welcomed with a box of treats and useful items. We also had an issue with our front door lock with was completely fixed the next morning by Kevin from the maintenance team to a very high standard - all working perfectly now. Positive reviews for Kevin and the rest of the Whitegates team so far.

Have been in the Whitegates managed property as a renter in a an HMO for over a year now .I find them as a customer oriented service provider witha prompt , friendly and professional approach at all timesMarie does an excellent, job with her Prompt revert backs and follow ups especially with the maintenance issues.Jack is outstanding as a patient and balanced listener in conflict resolution situations in a shared accomodation environment , and delivers his part promptly and effectively.Keep up the good work, team Whitegates !

I have been a tenant with Whitegates for over a year. Throughout this duration, Whitegates have been ever so helpful in getting any issues with my flat sorted out quickly and properly. Most recently, the heater in my bedroom was broken, and as soon as I reported the problem to Whitegates, Marie got onto the case as quickly as possible and sent an electrician over within the same day to give me a temporary standing heater to use while taking measurements to order in a new heater, which arrived a few weeks later (due to Christmas and New Year) and was then installed promptly and professionally by Gareth. I am very thankful to the team at Whitegates for making my renting experience a pleasant one.
