I can’t speak highly enough of Paul. He was responsive and was able to come out in 24 hours, texting in advance when he was on his way. He identified the problem and fixed it in around 30 minutes. Subsequently when there was another issue he talked me through a solution on the phone.Strongly recommend.

Overall great experience - Paul squeezed us in on the same day, was careful and thorough in his inspection, and only one day later we had our brand new boiler. I was afraid we'd be at least a week without hot water, so this was such a lifesaver! His crew was very friendly, neat, and easy to have around the house for the day.
