A very family friendly karate dojo!Been going 2-3x a week for 3 months now and still loving it.Each class is filled with something new and exciting.Gillian and Stephen create a great friendly and fun filled atmosphere.If you've been thinking of picking up martial arts for yourself or your children, increase you physical fitnes or learn self defense this is the place for you!

My daughter and me attend a few classes a week. We really enjoy the classes and the sensei. I would definitely recommend the classes to anyone.

A great place to train.... the instructors are very good, very clear and break instructions down very easily. The facilities are fantastic, modern and easy to get to. I have been training here now for a few years and now my son goes also! Can’t rate it high enough.
