Servoca Nursing & Care Liverpool

I worked for servoca in Liverpool area. The staff are really supportive and understanding. My manager Becky offered me shifts and is super nice to me from the beginning till now. The agency is flexible with employees and assigns shifts as per our requirement.

I have work with servoca since 2016 and I have always been offered shifts. The staff go out their way to make sure you have work and the majority of places you work are nice. I have always had a great relationship with the team in the office who have always been understanding if I can't pick up anything or have to cancel due to being a single mum. While I was pregnant Debbie made sure I was only sent to non challenging homes and again I never not had work. George my manager now has always shown me respect as I do to the team and has always helped me resolve any problems I've had due to work or personal life and goes out of his way to make sure I have suitable shifts that suit my home life. I have worked with other company's over the years but I have always stuck with Servoca because of the way they work and how they treat you.

I have worked with Servoca for over a year now in North wales. The team is fantastic and always ready to help and there’s always shifts available, I always feel supported and listened to when booking shifts or cancelling for some reason.

I would avoid at all costs.I was sent to training and was assaulted by the trainer, when I left and was visibly upset on the phone to Servoca I was shouted at and told I’d cost them money due to walking out, no concern if I was ok! Was sent to shifts were I wasn’t even booked in and would have to phone for weeks to get paid! They don’t care as long as their shifts are filled.

I worked for servoca as a HCA while at university training to be a nurse, a year after qualifying I’ve come back to servoca as a nurse instead. Really good to work for, understanding and helpful with anything you need. I work with Becky who helps with me shifts and any other problems I have. She’s been super great to me and has made me feel comfortable and welcome to company. They were good the first time round and they’re good this time round :).

I've worked for Servoca 6 weeks and enjoying it so far , you're under no pressure to take jobs you don't want , George and staff in the office are really helpful in finding you work ,I enjoy the variety/flexibility and have met some nice people/clients along the way , give it a go

This agency have been amazing to work for! I was in a very dark place when I first started and Alex at servoca helped me as much as he can to get me where I am now! He gave me loads of opportunity and helped me whenever I needed to! Whenever I ring up and speak to either paddy jasmine or Alex they are always happy to find me shifts or help out whenever is needed. I have no bad things to say about this agency. If I am unhappy about something they are all happy to help me, this is by far the best place I have worked and felt happy at.

My own experience of working for Servoca is that the care coordinators who find me work are all friendly, polite, extremely helpful, understanding and will go out of their way to help tie in your work requirements with their own business needs. There is a 'family' feel to the way they operate and a genuine sense that they care, not just about their service users but also about their own employees, which has most definitely not been the case for other care sector employers i have worked for in the past.

This agency has zero respect for their staff. My mum has served this company for 4 years and just retired at the age of 66. She worked for them, as a nurse, all the way through the pandemic on the front line. When most people were told to stay at home my mum was working with the most vulnerable and poorly people looking after them. The way Servoca chose to show their gratitude for my mum's service was not to acknowledge all that she had done for them but to ask her if she wanted more shifts. My mum took a couple of shifts, after her retirement date, but they didn't stop asking. When my mum explained that her pin has expired and she was no longer a nurse, on top of the fact that she had retired, they asked if she wanted to do a shift as a carer! A 66 year old woman doing 12 hour shifts as a carer after working as a nurse for 30+ years! Again, not to forget that she's just retired. Finally it sank in. My mum hadn't had so much as a card from them. Disgusting after all the shifts she's put in for them. Zero gratitude.

If I could give Zero stars if i could. I applied to this agency with a promise that they will always have shifts. I did get shifts for a few months at the beginning for a certain care home and I loved it but I informed them I was pregnant and shifts slowly stopped. When I did get a shift I would turn up and the care home would say we do not need you!. The agency never informed. This happened on a good few occasions! They sent me to a care home knowing I was pregnant and the care home had rats , the place was minty and I walked off shift! I was promised a risk assessment for my pregnancy and no one ever done it. The staff are rude and ingnore your messages. If you ring , they say they'll phone back and never do. I honestly wouldn't waste your time joining!.
