Went in to pick up a click and collect parcel, was fast and easy to do and very friendly.

Shop is well laid out with plenty of arts and crafts available. Lovely, friendly staff.

I bought a Cricut Maker 3 as an entrepreneurial cheerleader for my daughter who really desired to have her own business at 6, SO COOL!! Unfortunately she fast fell out of love with the idea because our Cricut machine was HORRENDOUS, it completed four craft cuts in total and we had the machine for over a year. By glitch #2 and a super disappointed and disengaged now daughter I took to the Nottingham store as it’s my most local store… the lady there stated I needed to contact Cricut directly as the issue is a manufacture/app configuration issue. So I did… again, again, again and again. Yes I would re-connect, yes I would design, yes I might even cut one part of a design but it would be guaranteed to us by now that as soon as a different vinyl or ink or mat was loaded it wouldn’t connect to the maker, I used Mac, I used iPad, I even used iPhone. Constant, constant struggle and frustration!!! I was fed up and the absolute worst feeling was that I was stuck with this useless machine!!! Constantly going through the same process to no avail because as soon as the Cricut team got you reconnected that’s it… they think they’ve done what needs to be done.. not knowing or obviously having the time to wait for me to craft the first stages and move through the process to discover no project can EVER BE COMPLETE. A NIGHTMARE!!! Until Claire at the chesterfield store answered my phone call… a last and absolutely final resort in my sheer frustration after losing so, so many clients that bought my digital demos that I couldn’t fulfil!! I got banned from Etsy! and lost £100’s and £100’s of pounds and even really had a rough ride (rightfully so) with a bride who lost her patience with her wedding bundle purchase that I couldn’t fulfill thanks to this machine!!! And the worst of all… now with a totally deflated and against a craft biz ‘ever again’ daughter!!! I was devastated!! Claire listened to three sentences and almost instantaneously said right, bring it in! I was in shock!!! She told me when her shift ended, when she was in next, that after the call she will explain to her manager, she is so sorry and will see me soon. ‘Let’s sort this out’!! I cried. Yes it’s silly isn’t it, over a machine, but the feeling of disappointment in my daughter losing passion, losing income, losing respect or and reputation thanks to this machine and Clair’s instant, let’s sort this… was unreal to me. I drove over in genuine shock. They even accepted and refunded my heat press as there was no need for it. Every single staff member had a listen and a chat and apologised and it felt like friends understanding and empathising to me!! I honestly, sincerely thank the chesterfield team for their wonderful customer service. And encouraging words to try again when the time is right. Thankyou Claire, the superhero of my despair!!!

Recently started watercolour painting and went in for a few supplies, staff very helpful, clean tidy shop.Got what I wanted at a good price.

Well if you’re looking for balloon for your child like we did, we bought this 10 days ago.. we was told it last about 5hrs and deflate!! 10 days and still going strong!We bought two different ones this was £1 more but as you can see 10 days after it still floating and child very much amused by the balloon! Bargain the staff was very helpful sorry I’m bad with names but if you see this balloon you’ll know thanks !!

For a crafter is a place that you can spend hours and houra there. They also have workshops instore. Great service, good prices

Lovely helpful friendly staff...my only problem is I go in for a pack of pens and end up spending £50 which is rather easy to do when you walk in with a 6 year old! We pop in about once a month for crafting and painting supplies
