I spoke with Neil shortly after I suffered damage to my windscreen from a stone or debris that came off the the road as one of his trucks & I passed, (his lorry was unladen at the time).Neil arranged for my windscreen to be replaced straight away, I offered dash cam footage, but he took my word for this being the cause of the damage without wanting to see it.Although these things happen & Neil wasn't obliged to replace my screen for me, he did straight away. Thank you so much!
