Ordered a burger and a wrap.....saw the guy use his bare hands to handle the salad and the chicked. 2nd guy offered to make fresh from scratch. So not all lost but will be thinking twice next time.

It's the most amazing chicken I've had in the past 12months,chips were nice and creamy an pop was amazingly cold, all in all a good experience, I done pick up so cannot verify on their delivery but I defo will be back, great value too

One of Cardiff’s oldest takeaway’s. A hidden gem in cardiff. The chips are the best i've tasted. The chicken is gorgeously succulent. 5 star hygiene rating. And don't let the interior put you off this place has been up and running since I was a child and hasn't changed one bit. It may look bad but the food is good. My only negative is the chicken in the bun it's the best thing in there but sometimes I get parts of the chicken as pink or just undercooked but at the same time it's not like I haven't had this from another store frying just isn't great at cooking evenly.Came here again and as always the food is amazing for an amazing price there’s a reason this place has survived so many others including Millies fried chicken.

Disgusting service. £40 worth of food rammed into a shoddy plastic bag. Food boxes ripped, crumpled, looking like they were sat on. Popcorn chicken missing. Delivery took over an hour. Rang 'restaurant' to be told the packaging and missing food weren't there problem, nor was the delivery. So Classic Chicken believe packaging and complete orders aren't there responsibility. Was then sworn at and hung up on.Avoid.
