Absolutely superb service from all at Ron Smith and Co as usual. We had a significant issue with our Kubota GR2120 mower, which another local company had told us made the mower not worth repairing and was scrap.Took it into Ron Smith, and Chris in the workshop took one look, identified the issue as something relatively simple to repair, and sorted it out quickly and effectively. The mower had come back to us looking and running as good as new and we can't thank Chris and the others in the workshop for such superb service. Will definitely be back again! Thanks!

Avoid I was told j had been quoted for repairs.i hadn't the bill was extortionate I could have bought new machine.wont use again the fact they tried to call me a liar was unbelievable.no manners RUDENEVER AGAIN

Hilarious experience today, like going back a hundred years. Does anyone actually speak to customers or does one have to beg to be served? Eventually interrupted a grumpy old man to get a price for some equipment which turned out to be half as much again as the Internet. All in all it cheered up a miserable wet day with the antics of the staff.

I’m hard to please, expect service from purveyors of goods and services, have travelled widely and can position British customer service as some of the poorest in the world. None of this is true of Ron smith & co . The customer service from my first order to deliver was just amazing. I have now ordered a number of stihl items ( which they also service for me ) as I run my own landscaping company ,and if I have had any problems the staff have always gone out of their way to help and solve any issues. I would highly recommend and suggest you try them ahead of others

My family have been dealing with this company for many years buying chainsaws, longarms and ride on mowers until today.My experience in the parts department with a old, miserable, rude, unprofessional thing (man) behind the counter has now stopped any purchases from me or my family again.His attitude towards the members of public is something I have never seen before. BEWARE OF GOING TO PARTS
