I have used Robert Crossley Solicitors very recently to purchase my my ever own property. The person dealing with my case was Ben Thomas was was very professional and was very efficient to responding to queries that I had regarding the purchase of the property.

This was my first house purchase and I had rang around few other solicitors in the area to get quotes, but when I spoke to John Roberts I felt instantly comfortable with my choice to proceed with Roberts Crossley. He was able to break down the steps of the process and explain everything in a way we could all understand. It was great every time I called, I was able to deal directly with John and he sorted any queries or problems quickly! He was a massive help when it came to a covenant tree problem with the property. We even received a hand written card from John and his team at the new house once the sale was complete, which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend John Roberts, and be using him and Roberts Crossley again for my next purchase.

We have used Robert Crossley for three house transactions now, the last two times with Katy Hutchinson handling the file. Every time they have been helpful and very quick in turning around every stage of the process. It's great you can call and speak to the person dealing with the file when you need to, although most things are dealt with by email. Every time they have been significantly more efficient then the solicitors our buyers have been using, They even send a hand written card once the sale completes which was lovely albeit a tribute to the Royal Mail for delivering it seeing as the address was written in black on a dark brown envelope. Not expensive too compared to other conveyancers. Only criticism is as a repeat customer you have to keep on filling in the form as a new customer, would be good if you could just email them and they create a file for you. Will continue to use them whilst they provide such excellent service and highly recommended, especially if you are lucky enough to get Katy.

Overall our experience was positive throughout. We were fortunate enough to have Robert Morrison as our case handler. He was exemplary, always answering emails promptly and helpful in every way. Robert Crossley has been dealing with the purchase of our new BTL property, and made the process very smooth and straightforward. I've used them twice. They're great value although I ended up paying more than the quote because of extra addons etc. Communication was good at the start and end, but pretty slow in the middle of the process. Overall I'm happy with them.
