BEST DAY OUT EVER!!Today’s visit to Gravity will undoubtedly feature in my son’s “my favourite day of the holidays” blog for school. We visited as a group of 4 with the children’s ages ranging from 17 to 6. The Gravity complex had something for all, the older children enjoyed the go-karting, the younger ones the trampolining and all children enjoyed the sky-coaster and interactive games boxes! The venue was immaculately clean and all staff friendly and helpful! We will definitely visit again.

Rang in advance to book for today, was told it’s not needed and to just walk in. Upon walking in the staff member said they’re not accepting bookings and the next slot was 4pm. So I asked to book, and she said it’s easier to book online and sent us away.Booked online for 3:20pm as they were at laser quest until 3pm. When we arrived she refused 3 11 year olds access because they should have been there 30 minutes early for a briefing. The problem is, it doesn’t tell you this until AFTER you’ve booked. The staff member couldn’t have been less interested and gave us a voucher to come back another day.3 very disappointed 11 year olds on my sons birthday. This could have been avoided had your staff actually looked after the customers in the first place. If I’d have booked at the desk like I wanted to, we would have avoided booking for a time we couldn’t do.

£13.50 for a 2 year old for an hour. Plus, as she's under 2 she needed to be accompanied by an adult, which is fine, however the adult had to pay a further £13.50 also. On top of that £3 each for socks. In total £33 for 1 hour for a 2 year old. And it was OK, not as good as the one near Ellend Road. Overpriced is an understatement

Not a good experience too busy and too small, play area, they say don’t share a trampoline but you need to walk across trampolines to get across?Basket balls deflated, too many kids on should limit the sessions, make it more enjoyable. The Marshall was a jobsworth needs to chill abit. Not very approachable more like a security guard or thinks he is,Even asked me to bounce on my knees when bouncing with a 2yr old cause it’s safer, that may be right but I signed the waiver, some people want to be left alone and not interfered with end of the day I am a support worker not a child running around fighting or doing triple back flips of the walls, also one of the rules is no running what soft play kids area do kids not run?? Strange I wouldn’t come back other trampoline parks are much better

I am so glad we have this locally! We booked an e-karting party for six 9-10 year olds. The circuit and venue provide a great backdrop. All staff were attentive and the food and drinks were spot on. It has been one to remember and I would highly recommend.

We had some Christmas plans ruined due to the weather and trains being cancelled so a morning trip to Gravity trampoline was hastily booked. We were the only family in (due to being up do early for our planned visit to London) and the manager heard of our spoilt day and came and spoke to me and offered our little boy a free climbing session followed by more bouncing if we liked to try make up for our lost day! Such a wonderful gesture, we very much appreciated it, thank you so much!

Absolutely disgusting that they told my daughter she could not jump as she had ‘energi/point zero’ jump socks on and that she had to purchase the ‘gravity’ socks to jump. I purchased these for her and as she put them on, they are EXACTLY the same socks, just a different colour/brand! Absolutely disgraceful, money grabbing and rude staff members!

I would honestly never book a party here, as may have to share the party area with another party at the same time and they won’t make you aware of this until you turn up, an absolute shambles from start to finish, very unorganised. And they brought the birthday cake out lit without even making us aware and started singing happy birthday, I had to send them away as children where still finding places to sit as we didn’t have enough room as we where sharing with another party so both party’s where sat down eating at the same time. They didn’t bring out enough food to feed everyone, and a large party had to self serve from one small bowl and we had to clean up afterwards as nobody came to move the food away even after asking and letting them know we where ready for puddings. You don’t get offered any of your free drinks and the ones who got drinks weren’t drinkable. There where a few other things that went on that wasn’t really acceptable and I hardly spent anytime with my own child on their party as I was having to sort out stuff that should of been sortedDefinitely avoid
