Charlie is the ultimate professional. I have been going to Crystal Clear for 5 years for lashes and facials. Her salon is warm and welcoming and she uses clincally proven facials such as Caci and Hydrafacial which make my skin glow .I love the Elemis skincare she stocks.I have a very stressful job and my visits to Crystal Clear every 2 weeks help me to relax and unwind.

Charlie is an absolute star, she is so professional and welcoming. She really knows her stuff when it comes to getting the most out of your skin! I have been coming to Charlie for a few years now and have regular Hydrafacials, which I love, however I have recently chosen to upgrade my regime, I felt I needed a bit more, (fine lines, sagging skin, less definition) so Charlie recommended I try a Caci facial and after one treatment I knew I wanted more. So I booked a course of 10 and omg I’m so glad I did, my skin is more toned, fewer lines and my saggy jowls have gone, I still look like me just more awake and toned (no frozen expressions here)! I just love how much better I look and that’s all down to Charlie and her magic! I can’t thank her enough x

Charlie at Crystal Clear is an absolute wonder! Amazing treatments and lovely stylish salon. The micro blading is fabulous, great waxing and brilliantly effective facials. Nothing is too much trouble. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I have been going to Crystal Clear Beauty Clinic for over ten years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Charlie is a hugely knowledgeable, friendly and professional beauty expert, who provides so much more than just a treatment. She takes the time to really understand your concerns and expectations and presents all treatment options in detail with advice on which ones would be most suitable. I am always so impressed with her depth of knowledge and fully trust every suggestion she makes. I started seeing Charlie when I suffered from bad acne, but thanks to her treatments and for teaching me about how skin works, she has given me incredible skin and my confidence back. And that’s why Charlie is so special; she knows that beauty isn’t just about how it makes you look, it’s about how it makes you feel and Charlie makes you feel amazing. I have had many different treatments including monthly hydrafacials, needle free dermal and lip fillers, micro blading and regular lash extensions. All are done to the highest standard and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I have had wonderful skin care treatments at Crystal Clear Beauty Clinic. The Caci non surgical face lift is exceptional and has done so much for my skin, (I am an older lady) with The Red Carpet which has extra add ons. The Hydrafacial is wonderful and leaves the skin glowing. I can't have microblading but have seen some of the work, and just wow!! I have Henna eyebrows done which are amazing. The salon is a little oasis and Charlie is the best beautician anyone could have. Just adore my trips to this salon.

Charlie has been looking after me beautifully for 15 years now. She does many wonderful treatments but the BEST facials - I’ve had many but hydrafacials are now my favourite. Charlie always takes care to look and recommend what’s best for my skin at the time which is invaluable. She is really lovely too, super friendly yet professional and her salon is such a special place to visit with an indulgent heated couch and sumptuous throws - it’s a glorious treat! I feel a million dollars when I leave. Thoroughly recommend xxxxx

Charlie offers a professional service. Lots of modern equipment for facials and high end beauty products. Very efficient. Friendly and offers a wide variety of treatments. I can see a significant change in my skin since having regular Ellimis facials. I am also pleased having age spots lasered from my hands which I was very conscious of, my hands are so much better. 10/10.

Charlie is so experienced and knowledgeable, have recommended her to lots of people. She has a wide range of treatments many of which first in Suffolk and her beautiful clinic is in the most lovely setting. Highly recommended! 5*
