I have been a customer of Poppy Storage for a jumber of years now. From the beginning, the company has been so accodating, the staff so friendly and access just superb. Security is first rate and the site is spotless. Location is fine and has good parking. Communication with Poppy Storage has always been good and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. As a customer, I could not be happier.

we found the storage company in a good location of east hullWe paid upfront for the 1st 4 wks byBank card paymentUpon placing items into the containerWe found lots of condensation in the storage unit which is disappointing when all your household items are in there, the contents are not covered by insurance therefore would not be replaced if damagedWe did address the situation to the company manager. The female owner was very rude towards my partner telling us its our fault for being in and out of the container all the time letting water get inside and cause dampThe behaviour was unacceptable towards my partner threating to us that she will remove lock becauseWe we're in process of finding another storage unit as we are not putting up with the behaviourour 24 hour access was stopped so we was only allowed go within their opening times,Another male in the office became involved in a disagreementRegarding us having to make a paymentHe was aggressive and abusive towards my partner he didn't work for poppy storagewhen we came to make our last payment before removing contents to another storage unitThere was non compromise of us making the last payment when collecting the items on the following wk when I had a van to use,There was a male who dealt with us in calming way and dealt with the situation he was very helpful even though he didn't work for poppy storageWe removed the items front the container within one dayThe following day we handed the container lock and keys back to staff of popy storage upon parking up a staff member come outside with the deposit we originally paid by card and was returned by cash not to sure if this is normally a way of there policy and proceduresBut Wouldn't rate them at all buteach to there own of choices

I have used Poppy Storage for over 3 years. Their storage containers are safe and always accessible. The staff are wonderful and nothing is ever too much for them. I highly recommend them.

Poppy Storage is an excellent clean and secure storage site. Nothing was too much trouble for the proprietor, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is requiring storage.
